❤Numi's Commision ToS/rules❤

Here's all the stuff you need to know before you commission me!

❤Starting off❤

1. I'm only doing personal use commissions (That means no commercial/reproducing my art, no Ai training, No selling, and No NFT usage)2. I'm allowed to refuse your commission (Reasons can be found in "Things I will draw / Things I will not draw")3. You're allowed to request a few changes in the commission only. (I will be sending W.I.P's, and you'll have to point out which changes you would want done, or it'll be to late. Expect a huge watermark on the WIP to avoid the product from being used, especially if the final product wasn't paid for. (This does not apply for trusted people)4. If you wish to have an "Alternate" version of the commission, you will have to ask me so I can determine a price based off of how complicated the changes are.5. You MUST at least have a Discord OR Twitter account to contact me. (I highly suggest Discord since I'm very active there.)6. Do NOT ghost me. (If you want to cancel the commission, directly tell me or notify me if there will be any inconveniences when it comes to purchasing.)7. You must have a PayPal or Ko-fi account (I accept payment only from PayPal or Kofi) And the commission / the finished product will only be sent once the payment has been done. (This does not apply to trusted people.) Reminder that there is a fee when using those payment methods, so please keep that in mind when paying.8. There will be a limited number of slots/amount of commissions I will do in a certain amount of time if my schedule is too tight. (There will be no begging for an extra slot or forcing me to do your commissions if all slots are taken Unless I decide to save your slot for next time)9. Please make sure that you're capable of affording the commission before you request one10. Only pay once I confirm that the artwork is complete. I do not accept payment upfront unless there is a valid reason.11. Expect a watermark somewhere in the commission's finished piece. (This is to prove that the artwork was drawn by me and that I made the artwork, to prevent art theft) You can request to remove it, though, but please request that before I start the commission.12. If their are issues with PayPal, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it. (I won't send my email or other info to receive payment. Artwork will not be sent UNTIL I receive the payment. (This is to prevent scams.)13. I don't do refunds (Unless it's a good reason, like if I ever forget to do the majority of what's requested for the commission)14. Follow me for updates and commission status!

❤The Commission❤

1. Specify exactly what you want to see in your commission. (Ex: Poses, accessories, Expression, background etc...)2. Please have a reference or a clear image/picture of the thing you want drawn. (I won't be drawing from description because of suspicion with AI and because its complicated)3. Let me know if you want your commission to be posted publicly or to stay private. This is because I will use your commission as an example.4. Make sure to read what I will draw/will not draw before you commission5. Please be patient with me (Detailed commissions might take time)6. Don't feel pressured to commission me/don't force yourself7. Supporting/tipping is allowed (tips or donations should be sent in my Ko-fi)8. Custom commissions are allowed but please be clear when requesting one
